Our 'How Booking Adventure Works' page provides information on how to use our platform, understand our reviews, rankings, and recommendations, as well as learn about our business model.

Our Content Guidelines and Standards ensure that all information on our platform is relevant and appropriate for a global audience, without restricting freedom of expression. They explain how we manage content and what measures we take in case of inappropriate information.

By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the content of the mentioned documents. If you do not agree with any part of our Terms, we ask that you do not use our platform.

This information is fundamental, as it (along with your booking confirmation email and any pre-contractual information provided before booking) establishes the legal terms under which service providers offer their experiences through our platform.

If you have any issues with your booked experience, you can find more information in the relevant section of our Terms on how to proceed. For example, you may file a complaint, seek legal recourse, or, in some cases, use an online dispute resolution service.

If you wish to appeal a moderation decision or report certain content on our platform, please refer to our content guidelines and standards, where we explain the process and how we handle these requests.

A. All Travel Experiences

A1. Definitions

  • Refers to our company, which acts as an intermediary between the client and tour operators.
  • Refers to any person who books a tour or experience through our platform.
  • Refers to the company or person that organizes and executes the tour.
  • Refers to our website and/or any other digital medium where experiences are offered.

A2. Scope of Our Services

  • Booking Adventure provides a platform where clients can book experiences and tours organized by third parties (the 'Operators'). We are not responsible for service execution but facilitate the connection between the client and the operator. By booking a tour, the client establishes a contractual relationship directly with the operator.

A3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the operator. Prices may change without prior notice. Booking Adventure may require full or partial payment to confirm the reservation, depending on the operator's policies. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or any other method available on the platform, including Openpay and PayPal.

A4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Each tour has its own cancellation policies set by the operator. In case of client cancellation, the refund policy will depend on the operator's conditions. If an operator cancels an activity due to bad weather, safety reasons, or unforeseen events, a date change or partial/full refund will be offered as appropriate.

A5. Client Responsibility

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review tour requirements, such as minimum age, health conditions, necessary equipment, etc. The client must provide truthful and complete information at the time of booking. In case of late arrival or no-show, the operator’s 'No Show' policy will apply, which may result in the total loss of the paid amount.

A6. Booking Modifications

  • Any booking modification must be requested in advance and is subject to the operator's availability and policies. Booking Adventure does not guarantee that modifications are possible after the booking is completed.

A7. Liability and Limitations

  • Booking Adventure is not responsible for accidents, losses, damages, or injuries that occur during the contracted experience. Service execution is the sole responsibility of the operator. The client is responsible for having the necessary documents and permits to participate in the tour.

A8. Force Majeure

  • Booking Adventure and the operators are not responsible for cancellations or tour modifications due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, etc.

A9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the platform, including text, images, and logos, is protected by intellectual property rights and cannot be copied or used without authorization.

A10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Booking Adventure collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except when necessary to execute the contracted services.

A11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute, claim, or conflict arising from Booking Adventure's services must first be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties. If no agreement is reached, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply based on their present or future domicile.

B. Tourist Experiences and Attractions

B1. Scope of this section

  • This section sets out the specific terms for booking experiences and tourist activities through Booking Adventure. It applies in conjunction with Section A, which covers the general conditions for all travel experiences.

B2. Contractual relationship

  • Booking Adventure does not directly offer or resell tourist experiences. When you book an activity, you enter into a contract with the operator or service provider responsible for the activity. We facilitate the connection between travelers and providers but are not directly involved in the operation of the experience.

B3. What do we do?

  • We provide a digital platform where you can search, compare, and book tourist experiences.
  • Once your booking is complete, we share the details with the corresponding provider to ensure a smooth experience.
  • If your booking allows modifications or cancellations, you can manage them through our support service.

B4. What should you do?

  • Make sure to provide accurate contact information to receive updates on your booking.
  • Read and accept both our terms and those of the service provider before completing your purchase.
  • Comply with the rules and requirements of the booked activity.

B5. Pricing and payment

  • At Booking Adventure, all tour, activity, and experience bookings require prepayment. However, in the case of restaurants, payment may or may not be required by the establishment.
  • Menu and service prices are set directly by each restaurant.
  • If a restaurant requires prepayment, it will be charged through our platform, and the corresponding cancellation policies will apply.
  • At Booking Adventure, we use OpenPay and PayPal to securely process online payments.
  • Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with transaction details.
  • Booking through Booking Adventure is free, but some restaurants may require a deposit or prepayment.

B6. Modifications, cancellations, and refunds

  • Change and cancellation policies depend on the experience provider. You will find this information at the time of booking.
  • If you need assistance with your cancellation or modification, our support team is available to help you.

C. Car Rentals

C1. Scope of this section

This section establishes the specific conditions for booking car rentals through Booking Adventure. It applies in conjunction with Section A, which covers the general terms of all travel experiences.

C2. Contractual relationship

Booking Adventure facilitates vehicle reservations, but the rental contract is established directly with the service provider. The rental company is responsible for delivering the vehicle, its conditions, and executing the contract signed at the time of pickup.

C3. What do we do?

We offer a platform where you can compare and book rental vehicles from various providers. We do not guarantee the exact car make or model unless specified in the reservation. Once the booking is complete, we share the details with the provider and provide you with pickup information.

C4. What should you do?

Provide accurate information at the time of booking. Read and accept the rental and provider terms before completing your purchase. Present the required documentation when picking up the vehicle, such as a valid driver's license and a credit card with sufficient funds for the security deposit.

C5. Pricing and payment

At Booking Adventure, all bookings for tours, activities, and experiences require advance payment. However, for restaurant reservations, payment may or may not be requested by the establishment. Menu and service prices are set directly by each restaurant. If a restaurant requires advance payment, it will be processed through our platform, and the corresponding cancellation policies will apply. At Booking Adventure, we use Openpay and PayPal to securely process online payments. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details.

C6. Modifications, cancellations, and refunds

You can modify or cancel your reservation according to the service provider’s policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the conditions established at the time of booking.

D. Public and Private Transportation

D1. Scope of this section

This section establishes the specific conditions for booking public and private transportation services through Booking Adventure. It applies in conjunction with Section A, which covers the general conditions of all travel experiences.

D2. Contractual relationship

When you book a transportation service in advance, the contract is established directly with the service provider. In the case of on-demand private transportation, the reservation is made through an external aggregator, and its terms and conditions apply. For public or on-demand private transportation reservations, we will provide you with the specific terms of the provider during the booking process. Booking Adventure acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the operation of the service, routes, or prices, except as established in our general conditions.

D3. What do we do?

We offer a platform where you can search, compare, and book public and private transportation services. Once the reservation is made, we send your information to the provider to coordinate the service. For private transportation, we will provide you with the provider's contact details and relevant reservation information. For public transportation, we will indicate how to obtain your electronic or physical tickets.

D4. What should you do?

Verify the reservation details and provide correct and complete information. Comply with our conditions and those of the service provider, as any breach could result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation. For private transportation, ensure you are at the pickup point on time and keep your phone available to receive driver notifications. For airport transfers, provide your flight details at least 24 hours before pickup to manage potential delays. For public transportation, arrive in advance to collect your tickets and board the service. Ensure that all passengers comply with the service's behavior and safety requirements.

D5. Price and payment

At Booking Adventure, all bookings for tours, activities, and experiences require advance payment. However, in the case of restaurants, payment may or may not be required by the establishment. Menu and service prices are set directly by each restaurant. If a restaurant requires advance payment, it will be charged through our platform, and the corresponding cancellation policies will apply. At Booking Adventure, we use OpenPay and PayPal to securely process online payments. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details.

D6. Modifications, cancellations, and refunds

Cancellations of pre-booked private transportation are free up to 24 hours before pickup (in some cases, up to 2 hours before; check your booking confirmation). For on-demand private transportation, cancellation is possible at any time, but charges may apply. In most cases, public transportation reservations are non-refundable. Both Booking Adventure and the service provider may cancel the reservation in exceptional cases, such as provider insolvency or the inability to provide the service. In such cases, an alternative or a full refund will be offered. If reservation changes are needed, we will inform you in advance, and if you choose to cancel, you will be entitled to a full refund in most cases. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. No refunds will be given if the passenger fails to show up on time or does not provide the correct information for the reservation.

D7. Additional information

For pre-booked private transportation, check your confirmation email for the allowed waiting time at the pickup point. For on-demand private transportation, if the driver has to wait beyond the pickup time, additional charges may apply. If the vehicle requires cleaning or repairs due to inappropriate passenger behavior, the responsible party must cover these costs. E. Restaurant Reservations

This section establishes the specific conditions for booking tables at restaurants through Booking Adventure. It applies in conjunction with Section A, which covers the general conditions of all travel experiences.

E2. Contractual relationship

Booking Adventure acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants. When you book a table through our platform, the contract is established directly with the restaurant. We facilitate the reservation but are not responsible for the quality of service, food, or any other experience provided by the restaurant.

E3. What do we do?

We offer a platform where you can search, compare, and book tables at a wide variety of restaurants. We send your reservation information to the selected restaurant and provide you with confirmation. Depending on the restaurant, you may have the option to modify or cancel your reservation before the scheduled time.

E4. What should you do?

Provide accurate contact information to receive updates about your reservation. Arrive on time at the restaurant, as some establishments have limited waiting times before canceling the reservation. Read and accept the restaurant's terms and conditions, which may include charges for late cancellations or no-shows. Indicate any special requirements (such as dietary restrictions or seating requests) at the time of booking.

E5. Price and payment

At Booking Adventure, all bookings for tours, activities, and experiences require advance payment. However, in the case of restaurants, payment may or may not be required by the establishment. Menu and service prices are set directly by each restaurant. If a restaurant requires advance payment, it will be charged through our platform, and the corresponding cancellation policies will apply.
